I had worst experience with Wondershare Dr. Fone - Screen Unlock (Android) subscription. I bought it to unlock my old android mobile, before purchase there's no option to see list of compatible devices, only brand names, no model numbers or any way to verify that after purchase this tool will work on my device or not. Once bought, Connected my phone with laptop, followed all the instructions on the Dr Fone windows app. And it gave me steps to factory reset the device, and said now the phone is unlocked. Like the reason i bought this is to make sure my data remains as it is and i can get rid of the lock, after raising this to support team, i got a response that this is not eligible for refund.
