Customer service from Wattcycle has been outstanding. Melody especially. Response was very prompt and courteous. I had an issue with a 314aH Mini with Bluetooth battery. Wattcycle had me try a couple of things to try to get the battery going again. When I wasn't able to get it going again they promptly sent out a new one. I appreciated the ease in which I was able to get a response and help from this company. I would definitely recommend doing business with these folks.
