We ordered two bikes. Mine was in stock and arrived quickly. My wife's bike was backordered and took about 6 weeks to receive. The communication from Lectric eBikes is excellent. The estimated delivery dates were close to the actual deliveries. Both boxes had some damage from Fedex handling. There was no major damage to either bike. The cardboard packaging on the rear fender did mar the rear fender on both bikes. There was some slight damage to the pedal crank on both, that appeared to have been done during manufacturing. It didn't affect function of the pedals, cosmetic only. The videos for unboxing are good, but I would have preferred to have had some more paper instructions without having to download them and print them myself. I made a couple of errors assembling the bikes because of watching the video then trying to remember everything. The second bike (Xpress 2.0 cruiser step thru) had issues with shifting. The tech center did offer warranty coverage to correct the problem. Overall I really enjoy riding my Xpress 2.0 commuter bike. The handlebars are too low for me to be comfortable so I may have to change the mount since it isn't adjustable on this model. They are quiet and seem to get good range. The brakes work great, but do make some slight rubbing noises while riding. The cruise control works well but is awkward to set. I wish it could be set while pedaling not just with the throttle. The upgrade seat is quite comfortable. Customer service has been excellent when I've called. I would recommend this company if you are looking for an Ebike.
