Frustrating shipping experience
My printer arrived well packaged and functioning, but shipping was a nightmare. They linked to the wrong website for tracking, and the tracking did not update on the bambu lab website and instead showed the package stuck in one place for five days. When it was delivered, the email I got from them suggested it was left at a pickup location instead of at my home where it actually was. At the same time, the courier delivered the package several hours before the delivery window, and left my printer out in the open in full view of the street. To make it worse, the name of the printer was printed on the box, and facing out to the street, so anyone walking past would have seen very clearly that there was a 3D printer right there for the taking. They didn't even try to ring the doorbell. I was very lucky that I was home for the day. I would be hesitant to order from them again unless they change their courier service.
