Amazing support experience!
Had an issue with my A9 Ultimate where the left-click stopped registering properly and wouldn't fix even after messing with the debounce settings. Reached out to support and Bella (from the support team) handled it quickly. They were super cool about it and, since the A9 Ultimate and the X1 V2 Ultimate are priced the same, they let me swap it over to the X1 V2 Ultimate instead. Solid 10/10 service with zero headaches. Currently waiting for the product to arrive, but the support experience easily deserves 5 stars. Highly recommend.
