Good customer service but poor quality and unreliable sizing
I ordered four shirts (buy 3, get 4th one free) and received them in a timely manner. Shirts were described as a cotton/linen mix. All photos showed sewn pin tucked pleated on the front and an inverted pleat on the back, and long sleeves rolled up. I checked the size chart carefully. The size I ordered should have a relaxed fit. That back pleat was a major feature in deciding to buy. Once received, one shirt was cotton or cotton/linen, but the three others were definitely synthetic. There were no content labels in those three. None of the shirts had the rear inverted pleat. Three of the shirts fitted, although a bit more snug than they should. There was no nice drop at the back without that pleat. However, the fourth shirt was definitely a much smaller size, although labelled the same. All shirts were slightly shorter than the size chart. Overall quality was poor. I emailed back regarding the wrongly size-labelled shirt and asked for a replacement. Photos of each item and the SKU numbers were requested. Following that, I was offered a 20% discount on another purchase. I declined and asked for a replacement. I was then offered a 25% refund. I accepted that, as I knew a replacement was never going to happen. The refund was processed back to my credit card within a few days. These emails were immediate, and all was sorted within five days, so I must say that customer service was very good. However, I will never buy off these advertisement videos ever again: the quality is very poor, sizing unreliable, and descriptions incorrect.
