I bought my ebike off of tiktok it came free shipping 90 day return and a year warranty when I got the bike and put it together I realized that it was too tall and too heavy for me to use safely so I reached out to customer support and they told me I could return it I tried to take it to my local post office they won't ship over 75 pounds so I called FedEx which is who delivered it the lowest price for them to return it was $300 I reached out to customer support and told them it was too expensive to send it back for me so they said that they would request a refund and I would not have to return it but the next day my case was closed and denied refund I even asked them to send me a shipping label they refused and said the case is closed and unrefundable so I wouldn't recommend the seller at all for any circumstances
