BEST… BIKE… EVER!
I’ll start with the negative, my throttle arrived cracked but a CSR quickly mailed me a new one and the wiring harness as well and told me to send a receipt from the bike shop and they would reimburse. That being said, the 2 bikes I got (XP4 500W, and the LITE 2 for my 80 year old mother) are the best bikes I’ve ever had. The shifters work perfectly, the battery is great (I went 63 KM out of 75KM range from 100%-0% with my son on the buddy seat, a total of almost 500 lbs including the bike). The bikes are so solid and well made, the hinges for folding are so well crafted, the bikes are fast and fun and exhilarating to ride. I would recommend this brand to anyone.
