From our very first contact with…
From our very first contact with PePilates, their customer service has been outstanding. They have always been incredibly helpful in answering all of our questions and making sure we had all the information we needed. Their after-sales service has been excellent as well. They have remained very attentive and supportive, and whenever we have had even the smallest question or needed assistance with any detail, they have always been there to help. The equipment itself has been wonderful and of very high quality. All of the components are well made, and the upholstery and fabrics are truly excellent quality. We also really appreciate the professionalism and seriousness with which they approach their work. For us, this has been a very positive sign and has given us great confidence in continuing to work with them. Overall, we are extremely grateful for their service, the quality of their equipment, and, especially, for the continued support they have provided even after the sale. We are very happy with our experience with Pe Pilates and look forward to continuing to work with them.
