Purchased items damaged by poor packing
Packing of my order was very poor, showing no attempt to protect the contents of my order. More than 10 rolls of filament were put in an oversized box along with a hotend assembly with no packing whatsoever. Just a bunch of boxes loosely jostling around, rounding out and crushing each other during shipment. Both boxes of my order were shipped without any packing to protect my purchase. As a new Bambu customer, this was just my second major order and both orders were equally mistreated because of careless packing. I will now consider other brands that treat my merchandise purchases with at least some effort and care.
