Thank you to Tiffany Fimiani
Thank you to Tiffany Fimiani, she was an excellent representative of the Monster Reservation Group and she did a quality job helping me get booked and situated with a wonderful trip to Eastern Tennessee. She also did a superb job advocating for me and helped me rectify a problem I had with my original Monster membership. She was extremely polite, very well spoken, listened attentively, and represented the Monster brand in a splendid manner. If you call, I hope you get her; you will be well taken care of. Cheers!
