The shipping time is ridiculous/China not US
The shipping time is ridiculous. Be prepared to wait for weeks. The order does not ship from the United States. It will ship from China. Then it is held up in Chicago. I still have not even received my order after weeks of waiting. Customer service is AI. So frustrating not being able to reach a representative. I will not order anything from this company. I was given a 30% refund for an order I didn’t receive. Should have received a full refund.
