I recently purchased a stitching pony and an embossing machine from MAXITA, and I’m extremely happy with both the products and their customer service. What really impressed me was that they made two custom brass stamps for me completely free of charge. The quality and attention to detail were excellent. And then came the shipping… 😂 They shipped my package from China, and somehow the very next day it was already at my doorstep in the USA!
