Online orders and delivery pathetic with no adequate refund for broken items
I ordered for 3 jam jars online. Paid COD. Package received was in a pathetic state. Two jam jars shattered. Immediately sent email with video of broken contents attached. Fab India is offering me a gift card worth half the amount of the cost I paid, as compensation. This is the second consignment I have received with broken contents. Have refused the gift card and asked for full refund. Their email tone is one of doing the customer a favour. Their glass bottles are of inferior quality and their packaging is cheap.
