Disappointed
⭐️ Very disappointed — I would not recommend this service I’m extremely upset and disappointed with my experience with Davenci AI. I signed up for the 7-day trial and cancelled the subscription, but I was still charged $42.69 AUD. The invoice showed $29 AUD, so I’m also confused about why I was charged a higher amount. I contacted customer support several times to explain the situation and requested a refund, but I received no helpful response and my issue was not resolved. This has been a very frustrating experience. I feel that I wasted my money, and the lack of customer support made it even worse. Based on my experience, I would not encourage others to spend their money on this service unless they are completely confident about the billing and refund policy.
