Worlds worst customer service
Bought a 65mm drone from them. It had a short circuit on arrival, 3 months after I ordered it. The first battery plugged in destroyed the circuit board and melted the battery casing, nearly causing a fire. First they accused me of crashing and damaging it, then said I must have plugged the battery in the wrong way around. I sent them a video of a multimeter test showing exactly what the problem was, and they lied and said the result was normal. Ended up buying new components from elsewhere and fixing it myself adding about 50% to the cost and taking hours of my time (I ordered a pre built one as I didnt want to have to do all the fiddly soldering on tiny joints). Last two messages from them were: Please wait patiently while we investigate. Then: You waited too long (7 days) so we have closed the support ticket. Worst customer service ever.
