From Doubt to Confidence: My First Order from Abroad
It was my first ever experience dealing with a Chinese company and ordering keychains from abroad. I was a little bit afraid at first but the communication was so seamless and cordial that I overcame my first doubts and fears. I was so happy that all transactions went well and they made me believe of their competence in producing a very good product and that the keychains arrived much earlier than the designated time frame that I gave them. I appreciated the fact that they sincerely offered their professional advice and they were patient with my inquiries, but they always let me free to choose what I wanted.
