Positive customer service experience
I have several automatic cat products from oneisall (auto feeder, water fountain x2, auto litterbox), and they all work well and we're really happy with them. I bought a litterbox that kept getting stuck, so I reached out through their website and Andrea from customer service was excellent. She honored their warranty and helped me get a replacement without making me jump through hoops. Customer service is always a risk when trying out a new company, but I'm happy to say you can rely on these folks. The quality of their stuff is also very good. I'm impressed and can confidently recommend them!
