Horrible support and build quality
Purchased two scooters and it has not even been 60 days and one of them started malfunctioning. The speed limiter and charging cables started showing signs of issue. Connecting with customer service to resolve is one of the most frustrating experience you can go through. Their genetic responses and very frustrating warranty process makes me wish that I spent a little more and purchased a completely different scooter. My device to people is to look for another company that has a more advanced and established service network. It’s great when there are no issues, but when you do come across them, at least you know it will be handled quickly efficiently, and with the ease. Something that I cannot say about this company.
