★☆☆☆☆ Very disappointed with OOTD T10 I do not recommend buying the OOTD T10. The scooter is almost brand new, but after only 150 km it started having serious problems. The entire scooter constantly squeaks, especially the front suspension. The bolts become loose after rides, and the squeaking keeps coming back. I cleaned it, lubricated it, tightened every bolt, and even disassembled the suspension, but nothing fixed the problem. This is unacceptable for a nearly new scooter. The customer support is even worse. I have been waiting for a reply for two weeks, and they are simply ignoring my messages. They asked me to send videos and information, and after that they stopped responding completely. I also ordered a steering damper from the official OOTD website. It has been well over 20 business days, and it still has not arrived. There is no update about the shipment and no help from customer support. I really regret buying this scooter. For this price, I expected good quality and reliable customer service, but instead I got constant problems, ignored messages, and delayed orders. I cannot recommend OOTD to anyone.
