This review gets 3 stars because of how fast they ship. The actual printer itself is a 2 star. First one we bought had a full recall on it. The replacement one we received is not much better. We had it for a couple of years, it gets used maybe 1 time per month and not for more than 4 hrs each time. We have replaced all lines, needles, hotplate, the ports that the lines enter into& use only bamboo lab filament and yet it still doesn’t work properly. All builds fail now. Maybe the cheaper model was not built to last. I’m looking around to buy a new one, maybe just go for the higher priced bamboo labs one
