Absolute Gold Standard Customer Service – Ask for Talia!I cannot say enough good things about the customer service at WattCycle, specifically Talia. I ordered a 12V 100Ah battery for an upcoming camping trip. ( Lightning fast delivery BTW), only to realize I needed the ultra-mini standard size to fit my power setup. Talia immediately jumped in and made the entire process stress-free. She arranged a completely free return label under shipping protection and is helping me coordinate an exchange seamlessly.To make things even tighter, my wife reminded me that our vacation dates were moved up to this Saturday, leaving us down to the wire. Talia went completely above and beyond, personally promising to follow up with logistics the minute they get in to expedite my new order so it arrives in time.
