Review of Carverall X1 Pro with shield and the companies help with problems
I purchased the Carverall X1 Pro with cover as well as the Honey Comb bed.MD 2 Purifier, 1 watt infra red laser module, MD 18 Multi-function Rotary Chuck and the MD 19 Bi-axial Rotary Tool. These were delivered in a good time frame. I have used the product and am still learning how to use the software and various aspects of the machine and its modules. I am excited and impressed with the potential uses of this laser. After a while the Air assist Pump began to over heat to a dangerous level. I contacted the company and after a period to investigate the problem, it was decided to send me a replacement unit at no cost to me. I am extremely satisfied with the outcome of this situation. I would like to say that this company responds well to problems and this approach engenders faith in their products
