⭐ If you're looking for customer…
⭐ If you're looking for customer support that doesn't actually support customers, you've come to the right place. I opened 3 support tickets because I needed assistance. Three days later, the result is impressive: zero replies, zero solutions, and apparently zero interest in the customer. Congratulations — ignoring three separate support requests simultaneously takes a certain level of dedication. The funniest part is that when you open a support ticket, you normally expect something in return. Maybe an answer. Maybe a solution. Hell, even a simple "We're looking into it" would be a start. Instead: complete silence. Apparently, tickets are there to be collected, not answered. If the goal is to make customers feel completely abandoned after asking for help, then I have to say: mission accomplished. 3 tickets. 3 days. Not a single response. I'm not sure what your definition of *customer support* is, but this feels much more like **customer disappearance**. Absolutely terrible experience and, above all, a complete lack of respect for your customers' time.
