3 months waiting and still no items
I placed an order for a table and 3x chairs 3 months ago, and I still haven’t received my order! What is particularly frustrating is the lack of clear and transparent information about the actual delivery timeframe when placing the order. At checkout, the delivery lead time shown to me was 30 days. I was not clearly informed before making payment that I could potentially be waiting several months for my order! the delivery information currently published on their website appears inconsistent, with different pages giving different estimates for UK delivery. Avoid, there a better and reliable companies around for better experience.
