NOT GOOD
Got the SIGMA. First ride, there was some clacking of the plastic belt guards and felt very cheap - obviously it looks premium and expensive but doesn't feel that way. Okay, maybe it was my bad cause I didn't check if all the screws were tight like it says in the manual. No biggie so I screw them all tightly. 50km in, I ride across what is a smooth but tiled surface. And since between those tiles there are small gaps like cracks, the board couldn't handle them. It felt like hitting a wall each time I went over a small crack. Mind you these are very small cracks that with any other board I've tried almost feel unnoticeable. I can only assume that because of those "hard" hits from the cracks the board completely shut off mid-ride at that point. Got some F02 error on the remote and wasn't able to connect to the board again. Contacted the support, they said it's completely broken. I am very lucky and thankful this didn't happen at any other point during my commute cause my town is very hilly. Losing the brakes at some other point during my commute would have 100% ended up with me in the hospital. Regardless of the consequences and how lucky I was there should be a ZERO PERCENT chance of this happening. I sent it back and got a refund. But even before the board broke down I can say it's complete garbage and has a lot of issues which I honestly don't want to bother writing about - just don't listen to the 'promo code' shilling youtube reviews please. I would only recommend this board if you live in a place where every road is silky smooth and completely perfect which is nowhere, therefore I can't recommend it. I will avoid PROPEL products completely from now on and recommend you do the same. I would have put 2/5 just because I was able to get a refund and communicate normally with the customer support, but honestly it's not worth bumping up the rating cause they managed the bare minimum. The product is a 1/5 so they get a 1/5
