Poor delivery service and this company does not care!
I placed an order through their website for the H17 phone case press on 9/3/26. It was not delivered and the delivery company said there was no access to my property on 9/9/26. That is not true and they never came to my address. I was planning on purchasing another press from them, but this experience has made me go with another company. Update on 9/16 to your response-So your email you sent on the 12th, I had already contacted you by phone on the 11th, so I didn't need to response to the email. Thats how you respond to reviews trying the make the customer look at fault by not responing to an email, the same email I started with your support for not delivering the item on 9/9/26. Because your shipping company didn't show up or deliver the item on 9/9 said the business is closed was their excuse. It's my house which is in a residential area. Then again the same thing on 9/11 said business is closed another excuse. That's funny I have a camera facing the road and no one showed up either time. When I spoke with you on 9/11, I was told to wait another 3-5 days for re-deilvery. I contacted the shipping company GOFO on 9/11 and all the would said was I have to wait another 3-5 for delivery. So does this make me want to buy anything from HTVRONT- HELL NO! Maybe you should look into the shipping company you use not doing their job. What could possibly be your response to this updated information. I see that I am not the only person who has had this issue with your company.
