Terrible delivery service & bad support
The delivery service they use is abysmal. When I informed the support team at Bambu about my items being late & damaged in transit, they closed my case without a response, prompting this survey. The printer seems like a good product, but the logistics and support are too awful. Buy from somewhere else.
