I’ve used Nutricode for 3-4 months and it’s been such a godsend. My HRV naturally sits a little lower, but since taking my stack it’s increased steadily and now sitting in a normal range. Plus, I’m sleeping like a baby with the night supplements. Thanks boys!!!
