The Customer Service Slaps 💯
The jewelry is decently cute, but I am giving 5 stars for the customer service itself! When I placed my first order I was sent the wrong item and the service team was quick to respond and help my get the correct item. They even helped transfer the refund credit back to my bank account for me when I couldn't figure it out. Heads up, you will have to pay for shipping if you need to reorder something, but it's not too expensive. 100% using these guys for all my future costume jewelry!
