All in one place! Customer service is good, prompt replies and resolutions. Some features I would want to see in the future, capabilities to save or export the chats to document formats (such as in pdfs, docs so on). Another is the capability to attached/upload documents, files in the actual chat area similar to its stand alone version (e.g. Gemini)
