Thx to Erin & the professional crew at Watt Cycle for answering my questions & providing Excellent service. I recently bought a back up battery & was cocerned about matching the connectors to my off grid system. I got the advice I needed. And they arranged delivery to my place in Qld where they usually wouldnt service. I am very thankful for them going out of their way to get the battery to me that I was depending on for an extended trip away. Cheers Shaun McGrath
