The worst shopping experience
The worst shopping experience! Initially I was going to exchange the size of the shoes immediately after receiving the shoes. Email the CS multiple times only AI holding response without actionable follow up. I asked for return procedure multiple times, again NO action. Really bad customer service. Avoid this site, wasting lot of my time.
