Poor customer service
Poor customer service! I’ve been having an issue with the wine cooler. When opening the door the interior light delays turning on for 4 seconds. When contacting them, they requested a video of the problem. Sent them that, but they rejected there was an issue and said the delay was normal. Later I saw that while the door was closed, the interior lights flickered. I sent them an email about the issue, they again requested a video. However, the flicker is random and impossible to time this. I’ve requested for a technician to come review the unit and have not received a response.
