I had nothing but good experiences with this company. I ordered two chairs and liked them so much that I ordered two more a couple of months later. I struggled to find the exact chairs online and emailed them. They were prompt in replying with the chairs I was looking for. Delivery takes a little time, but both times, my chairs came well packed and unharmed.
