I was skeptical about the purchase but was pleasantly surprised when my unit arrived! It is very nice, good quality, and gives me the professional polished look I need for the office. I’m going to buy another one for sure! The customer service was great - very professional and timely communication. Don’t hesitate- just get it and you’ll be very happy you did! FYI I purchased the 14 inch kinky straight bob half wig.
