Fast and effective abuse handling
We reported multiple fraudulent lookalike domains impersonating our webshop to Gname's abuse team. The reporting process via their online form was clear, and several cases were reviewed and put on client hold within just a day or two - much faster than we expected. Good communication throughout and a straightforward resolution. Would recommend their abuse handling process to other brand owners dealing with domain impersonation.
