Delivery speed
Delivery speed, or processing of simple order as filaments, is very slow compared to other suppliers which makes you lose lots of customers by my estimation. I can understand that a printer itself takes more time, but thinks like filament should leave the facility the same day or the next in comparison to other suppliers.
