Beautiful Bracelet
I ordered and received a beautiful bracelet for my daughter. However, when it arrived the box was bent in a way that it could not be closed properly. I emailed the people that I ordered it from and got an immediate response from them telling me that they are sending me a brand new box. I was very impressed with their service.
