Extremely disappointed with my experience with SingSaver regarding the Plus500 promotion. I signed up for Plus500 through the SingSaver promotion and fulfilled the requirements. Since March, I have been following up with SingSaver every month until September regarding my promotional reward. After approximately six months of waiting, I finally received a response from SingSaver on September 10, stating that I did not meet the promotion criteria. I immediately followed up on the same email because I believed this was incorrect. Then, just one day later on September 11, SingSaver provided a completely different explanation — that my Plus500 signup was somehow not tracked or attributed under SingSaver. This is extremely frustrating and raises serious concerns about the way this promotion is being handled. If the actual issue was referral tracking, why was I initially told that I simply did not meet the promotion criteria? Why did it take six months of waiting and repeated monthly follow-ups to arrive at this explanation? I did not spend these six months chasing Plus500. I consistently followed up with SingSaver every month from March through September, because I signed up through SingSaver and expected SingSaver to handle the promotional reward. Now I am being told that only Plus500 can determine where my application originated from and which channel it was tagged under, and that I should clarify this with Plus500. As SingSaver User, I should not be expected to resolve a referral-tracking issue between SingSaver and its campaign partner. SingSaver chose to partner with Plus500 and promote this campaign. If referral attribution is a requirement for eligibility, there should be a reliable process between the two companies to verify this. The most disappointing part is the lack of accountability and the inconsistent explanation: Sept 10: I was told I did not meet the promotion criteria. Sept 11: After I followed up, I was told that my signup was not tracked under SingSaver. After six months of waiting and monthly follow-ups, receiving a different explanation one day later is incredibly disappointing. I signed up in good faith through the SingSaver promotion. If there was a tracking problem, it should have been investigated and resolved between SingSaver and Plus500 — rather than leaving the customer waiting for six months and ultimately asking them to investigate the tracking themselves. This is not the level of accountability I would expect from a platform that actively promotes partner campaigns and encourages customers to sign up through them.
