Disappointed delivery service
I am extremely disappointed with Bambu Lab's domestic shipping speed within Canada. My order took around 10 days to travel from the East Coast to the West Coast. For domestic shipping within the same country, this is unacceptable—it is practically the same delivery time as ordering directly from China via AliExpress or Temu, which completely defeats the purpose of buying locally. The main issue seems to be relying on UPS ground shipping across the country. I strongly urge Bambu Lab to set up a fulfillment warehouse in the Vancouver area for Western Canada, or switch to faster couriers. Great products, but until cross-country logistics improve, I will likely look elsewhere for my next purchase rather than waiting this long again.
