What awful service you now provide. Returns not refunded ! I brought more than one trainer for size to support my daughter with autism to try on for size at home. Options are to pay £4.99 per item to send back on online orders or if brought in store only voucher or exchange. Really poor customer service and policy on returns. I cannot believe i actually ordered 3 trainers exactly the same but in different sizes online and nothing flagged me to say about this returns policy. Just ridiculous.
