Twice I’ve tried to buy an extra bag on my Batic Air flight a d both times trip.com took my money then told me it could t be done. I was unable to book the bag with Batik air online. No idea why. They wouldn’t take payment. Disappointed. If you can’t handle making a reservation don’t offer it. That’s your job.
