Growatt, a fantastic service, Thank you
I had a Growatt system installed a few years ago. Recently I had a problem with one of the batteries not charging properly. I contacted Growatt directly and they moved me to a WhatsApp chat where it became apparent the battery was faulty. I was given instructions to take the battery out of the system and a few days later a new battery arrived. Again I was helped to install the new battery. The service I have received from Growatt has been first class. Thank you.
