The itinerary was well planned but the best part was Joe. He literally was available 24/7. Each time I tried to get a hold of him he responded immediately, answered any and all my questions immediately. On one instance when I left my medicines in a previously checked out hotel he contacted the hotel and made sure it was there when I returned to get it. Of all my travels this has been the best schedule well laid out and seamless trip, thanks primarily to Joe. I would recommend it without reservations. Thank you.
