I purchased a small dog clipper 3 years ago and it stopped working and wouldn’t charge. I saw that the insert said it had lifetime warranty and so I figured it wouldn’t hurt to reach out to customer service for a replacement. I was assisted by Sue, she was nice and responsive and informed me that their warranty covers 2 years but they will honor the replacement since I provided them a photo as proof. Great customer service and my replacement works like a charm!
