Independent tour operators bundled conveniently, some spam
The tours were well organised, but the tour operators were independent - there is no significant difference in quality if you would book a tour using another organisation they work for, or even directly, while being much more expensive. It does save you the time of finding reliable tour guides though. The main reason I gave four stars is because they send a neverending stream of spam regarding their loyalty programme. I’ve tried to opt out/unsubscribe four times so far, but to no avail.
