Excellent support from Ken I'm just starting out with dropshipping and had a lot of questions about VAT and IOSS for shipping to Spain — the kind of thing that's usually hard to get a straight answer on. Ken from customer service answered everything clearly and fast: how the IOSS declaration works, what it costs, and exactly what my customers would be charged on delivery. He didn't dodge a single question. I haven't received my first shipment yet, so I can't speak to the logistics. But if the support is anything to go by, I'm starting off on the right foot. Thanks Ken.
