There's a little to no communication…
There's a little to no communication when a problem is brought to your attention. I’m disappointed that your solution is simply to place several replacement parts in a bag and ship them to me, making it my responsibility to diagnose and repair a nearly brand-new AMS. I purchased this equipment to use it—not to become a repair technician. While I may be able to perform some basic maintenance, I may not have the experience or feel comfortable completing a complicated repair. I believe it is unreasonable to place that responsibility on the customer, especially for a product that is still new and should be covered under warranty.
