I’m giving a 5/5 because the litter box is actually very cool, it self cleans every time a cat is done in the box. Keeps the litter box smell down, I even have it in the corner of my small living room and no icky cat scents. It is like a robot though so it does malfunction occasionally which may be irritating to few. The Right motor went out within a month of having my box. I easily sent an email to the manufacture and they sent me a whole new box for free within a week. Very easy and no hassle. There is 2 year warranty which is wonderful!
